Dear Students, Staff and Parents:
Welcome to the 2017-2018 academic session! Our commitment at Kidsville World School is to provide a safe and intelligently thought-provoking environment that will authorize students to become innovative intellectuals, inspired problem solvers and enthused learners prepared to thrive in the twenty-first century.
Superior standards and prospects for each student with respect to academic performance, co-curricular participation, and accountable citizenship form the underpinning of our school. It is with immense pride that we hold these superior standards and ask each of our students to commit to maintaining the extraordinary record of accomplishment and influence that has been the bequest of Kidsville World School students. It is the involvement of our students to our school community that makes Kidsville World School an outstanding learning community. Full participation in academic and co-curricular programs and a willingness to act responsibly as an individual within our educational environment are the factors that enable all to have a successful and enjoyable year.
We have a strong belief that successful students:
- Connect with each other a meaningful way for a range of purposes and listeners;
- Exhibit a warmth to the precision and nuances of written, visual, and aural medium through comprehension, interpretation, and evaluation;
- Utilize critical and creative thinking skills to crack problems; and
- Stance questions, examine possibilities, and apply skills to find solutions to authentic issues.
